Players Rules

Communication and respect

When the coaches are explaining an exercise, listen and pay attention. Even if you do not understand the language, you should still listen, watch, and try to learn.

  • Do not talk while the coaches are talking.
  • Listen when instructions are being given.
  • You must not use foul language or swear words. We do not accept words such as “ไอ้เหี้ย”, “fuck”, or “shit”.
  • We do not hit each other. Two wrongs do not make a right. Saying “he or she hit me first” is not an excuse to hit back. Tell a coach instead.

Protect each other

Football is a contact sport, but safety always comes first. Give your best effort, play fair, and look after your teammates.

Physical safety during practice

Play safely. Training is for learning and improving, not for winning every challenge.

  • No sliding in any situation.
  • Do not forcefully push players out of balance.
  • Do not make challenges that are likely to cause injury, such as kicking at a player’s feet or ankles after they have already won the ball.
  • Be extra careful near the concrete around the sidelines. Do not push or play rough in this area.

Break time rules

Use the break to rest, drink water, and prepare for the next activity.

  • Leave footballs where they are during breaks. Do not shoot or kick balls around.

Mental safety

Be kind and supportive.

  • Do not shout anything negative at teammates or opponents.
  • Do not blame others for mistakes. Focus on your own actions.
  • Help create an environment where everyone feels safe to learn and make mistakes.
  • Speak respectfully to teammates, coaches, parents, referees, and opponents.
